PATIENTS SEEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Dr. Rothschild sees patients Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Dr. Rothschild is seeing patients in the office, however it is the patient's preference if they want to come in person or do it via Spruce Telehealth or phone. Please contact the office with any questions.

Directions Once In the Office Complex

Turn into 701 Cottage Grove Road
Veer left at the fork and proceed down the center driveway towards building A
Take first left into the parking area
Park in front of A and B buildings
Follow walkway straight ahead (Quest will be on your left)
Continue up the ramp to your right
At the top of the ramp turn left and go straight to where it says Building C
Enter thru glass doors under Building C sign
Dr. Rothschild’s office will be to the left on the first floor
